Cardio Machines
Our space is filled with room for heavy breathing. From 3 air runners for those cold months of the year to Echo bikes, Ski ergs, bike ergs, and rowers that we use year around. If it's a nice day, we love to use some of our outdoor running space.
50' Turf
Sled pushes, sled pulls, or just a softer spot to practice some skills. Our 50 foot turf is brand new, soft, and ready for you to try out!
Barbells & Dumbbells for everyone
We have plenty of dumbbells ranging from 5 to 100 lbs to make sure we can give everyone the workout they deserve. With numerous barbells including training bars, women's, and men's bars, we can find the right fit for you. Don't forget about kettlebells! We have a big assortment ranging from 8 to 80 lbs.
All of the equipment you can dream of
Rings, rig space, GHDs, boxes of varying sizes, medicine balls, wall space for handstands, sand bags, a yoke, jerk blocks, lockers and cubbies for athletes, fully equipped showers, a drinking fountain, two TVs displaying our workout. We even have a tower of foam rollers and other mobility tools for your use. What more could you ask for?
